I. Director for Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Southern California

CLINICAL DIRECTOR
The Clinical Director has responsibility for programming and staffing for an established eating disorder facility providing residential and IOP services for women (ages 18 and older) in Southern California. This position works with a sophisticated clientele in a for-profit setting. The areas of responsibilities include: development and implementation of programs, management of clinical staff, staffing and staff development and delivery of treatment services.

Requirements for this position:
  • Minimum master degree in behavioral health (doctorate preferred) and licensed in CA
  • Must have experience as a clinical director in eating disorders or addiction treatment
  • Minimum 3 years providing addiction treatment/eating disorders direct services
  • Experience in eating disorder research is preferred
  • Demonstrated team management skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

II. Executive Director for Eating Disorder Treatment Center in the Sierra Nevada Mountains

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director has primary responsibility for an established CARF-accredited eating disorder facility providing residential (for women) PHP and IOP (for men and women) services in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This position operates as the CEO, taking full responsibility for all aspects of this program, taking a market-based approach and leading and developing the staff. The areas of responsibilities include: managing all facilities operations, delivery of treatment services, development and implementation of programs, staffing and staff development, budget and financial forecasting, marketing and representing the facility.

Requirements for this position:
  • Minimum master degree in behavioral health, doctorate preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing BH treatment
  • Minimum 5 years providing BH treatment, with emphasis on eating disorders
  • Training and experience using DBT is preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen including financial management and team management skills
  • Demonstrated marketing experience
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

III. Executive Director for Weight Management Program in North Carolina

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director is responsible for daily management of this established weight management program which provides residential services for male and female adults 18 years of age and older in North Carolina. Management responsibilities for the Executive Director include business, fiscal, marketing, clinical, plan management and maintenance. This position is responsible for the long and short term planning, program evaluations and compliance with federal, state, local and independent regulatory statutes. This position is responsible for the program’s policies and procedures, prepares the annual business plan, participates in the overall treatment program, participates in the ongoing supervision of patients and assures that patient’s needs are being met, participates in public relations efforts, represents the facility in the community, including media coverage and participation in state and national professional associations.
Minimum Qualifications for this position:
  1. Demonstrated experience in marketing/business development
  2. Demonstrated business acumen including budget development and management experience
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage a behavioral health facility (preferably weight management or eating disorders), with a minimum of 3 years as Executive Director
  4. Graduation from an accredited university with a master degree (preferred) or a bachelor degree (required) in a behavioral healthcare or business
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
