Friday, November 11 -- This practical seminar is designed to assist participants in ministering to others during a time of loss, crisis or trauma. Specific steps and approaches to help others with complicated grief and traumatic events will be presented using actual cases and live demonstrations of what to do and say during counseling. Attendees will learn new ways of responding to and helping others.

SATURDAY , November 12 -- This seminar helps you prepare in advance for loss and crisis, and to identify unresolved grief. You will learn how to implement the healing process, and be able to understand the causes of trauma and the steps required for recovery. You will also learn a Biblical perspective on loss, discover the comfort of God, and understand how to say goodbye to what you have lost and move ahead in life.
